Tip For Beginners Buying Discount Golf Clubs

Utworzony przez breenda12, 21 września 2012 o 07:41
Do the more expensive golf clubs really help your golf game? The answer is simple, yes and no. The more expensive clubs are better and will help your golf game. However, there is one catch. You need to be able to hit the golf ball correctly. It doesn't matter what your golf swing looks like, as long as you hit the ball with plenty of speed and hit the ball squarely. First, the correct swing plane will allow you to hit the golf ball square. Second, you need to make sure you break your wrist at the correct time to get the speed needed to get the distance from the golf club. If you can If you are having problems with your swing, it doesn't matter how much you spend on clubs. If you slice, you're still going to slice regardless of what type of golf club you buy. The problem is not the club. The problem is your swing. However, it does matter if the clubs are too short or too long for your height. Custom fitted discount golf clubs will help more than buying those expensive clubs off the rack. My first set of golf clubs were clones, but they were built to fit me. I'm not saying that just because you buy custom fitted golf clubs, that the problem with your golf swing will go away. However, this is a good start. When I had these clubs, I thought about buying some name brand clubs like Callaway or Ping because I couldn't get enough distance. I thought that if I bought these discount golf clubs , my golf game would improve. But then I realized that it was not the club that was my problem. I took a golf lesson from a pro and he showed me that I had an outside-in swing. He then took my 5 iron and hit a beautiful shot close to 190 yards. The ball went further than I had ever hit it with that club. He hadn't practiced with my club before, but was able to hit the ball effortlessly. Right then I knew that the clubs I had were fine. I have a friend that went out and spent around $1000 for a new set of Callaway clubs to help his game. He was a high handicapper who hit the ball straight, but could not get much distance with his discount golf clubs. After he practiced and went out to play on the golf course, nothing changed. He was hitting the same shots as before and about the same distance. The bottom line is that the more expensive clubs will help you hit further and straighter, but you need to know how to hit them. Instead of spending all that money for golf clubs, maybe you ought to spend it on lessons. Then when you have mastered the golf swing, go out and buy those nice set of golf clubs.
